Autosave and manuel save not working

This is my first post in her so sorry if i miss somthing but yeah i tried both auto save and manually clicking the floppy disk icon and it still doesnt save Effects, volume, positions data and jingle button color and its pretty annoying so yeah

which version are you using?

the most recent one 5.7.2
although it should be noted that this only happens sometimes, ocasionally it wipes all the changes made and sometimes it saves

Not easy to fix someting like that

When it does not save, is it always on the same jingle button ?
