Play Continue

I'm just wondering if this feature exists:
On any jingle or FX to ability to play on first press, then pause on the second press, play on the 3rd press, pause on the 4th press, etc etc

Actually something like that does not exist.
Implenting this (not for 5.7) would also add a question about changing palette while jingle is paused: should the jingle stay displayed after palette changing, until the jingle is stopped (by playing it to its end)? Or should it been replaced by these of the newly loaded palette ?
