Problem with window size when restore after 20/30 min

I don't know if it can help you, but the other day I opened both programs and everything went fine, except that I happened to minimize JP for let's say 20/30 minutes and when I clicked it again, it opened at 3/4 and even though I wanted to enlarge to full screen it was no longer possible.

unfortunately I didn't remember to do it, but imagine clicking on the taskbar and JP doesn't open in full screen but in 3/4.
Even though I clicked the button to enlarge to full screen, it did not expand to full screen

was the interface complete in the JP window ? or was missing a side / bottom ?

This is very strange, as well there are no scroll bars (like in the Windows Files Explorer, for example) on the main window.

Before minimizing, was the app maximized or just a smaller than screen, window ?

I wanted to let you know that I used JP and I no longer had the problem of window size. By clicking on extend, it easily extended without any problems.
