Error: 53 / An Mp3 file causes a problem when loading

I noticed that when I was using the button, a single Mp3 file was causing me an error. However, this MP3 works perfectly with other programs such as VLC Player. Even if I convert the MP3 to another format, e.g. WAV or WMA, the same problem arises. I also tried older versions of Jingle Palette, same problem everywhere. I have never had any problems with any other MP3 files, only this one file causes these problems and I cannot explain what is wrong with it? I've tried it on my laptop and PC, both running Win10pro and both have the same problem.

The problem manifests itself that when the button is assigned, the button has no content after confirming and I can no longer save the palette because the following error message occurs:

It could be caused by several reasons (bad character in the filename etc etc). Also , even if can be played by other software, a corrupted file could give problems when trying to load its stream as well as some decoders can be more tolerant than others.
Did you even try with original v4.4.5 ?
Can you zip and share the original MP3 file ?

First of all thank you for your answer.
I found a cumbersome solution.
I played the faulty MP3 with the VLC_Player while recording the audio signal with Audacity. I saved the recording as an MP3 and that's it

So the error had apparently continued to be incorporated when converting the faulty file into a different file format (WAV / WMA) or slightly changing it in the MP3 DirectCut program.
Definitely a very strange mistake.

Without the original mp3 file, I can't test nothing. Perhaps corrupted or including bad tags or I don't know else.

Everything's ok. I don't think it's worth the effort to test it again to see what caused it. I solved the problem in a roundabout way
