Problem with new palettes

Hi,

Brand-new palettes spawn 6-7 ghost black-text windows that won’t take new content. Clear each one manually, then Save As – ugly.

Unfortunately now that I have nuked it and removed all the signs of it from the computer there’s nothing I can show you only relate what happened hopefully you’ll be able to get to the bottom of it and clear the bugs that may be on the product

You should be able to test putting a jingle into the pallet and then copying a new one over the top of it and then pressing play and you should get the fault that you had also by typing a new pallet you should be able to see this Phantom ghost text that seems to be coming up the things that would come up on the system unfortunately for the bit that crashed well there’s no going back to that even if I had it on the computer we wouldn’t have actually troubleshooting it because I couldn’t access it nothing I could do so yeah no problem but I’ll leave it with you

Hi,

What I understand:
- Load a jingle on a button of a palette
- Copy another jingle onto the previoulsy loaded one
- Play (this case match to the bug where this is the previous jingle that is played instead of the new one)
- Click on "New palette" (and answer Yes to confirmatino ask)

Result hre : All buttons of the new palette are empty, I get no ghost text appearing.

I'm perhaps far to have a perfect english but, or I don't undetrstand how to get your problem, or I don't have it here.
