I found a workaround?
Open a second instanve of JPR and couple it to another output.That works!
For me, at least.

I fixed it!
Did a fresh install.
And all is fine.
Except it would not accept any time announce file form the import foolder.
Now its ok .

Here is what happende: Maybe thats the problem? I installed JPR on a new W10 PC. Then I copied the contents of the previous Audio Sample folder into the nwe install. Maybe there it went wrong? How could I transfer the old palettes to th nwe install then? Because there was a lot of work on those ...

I did try many files. With default 'time annouce' same thing happens.

I installed 5.6 version on a new laptop (W10). But when I want to use time annaounce nothing happens?
If I assign audio to it the name is shown in red. Also the deafault file.
