I'm having trouble switching inputs. Here's how to reproduce this:
1: Open the app
2: Click options > Settings
3: Switch to the audio tab
4: Switch Input to virtual audio
BOOM. Error.

And yes, I have trouble routing audio to a virtual Speaker. Here's a link to download it: https://vb-audio.com/Cable/index.htm

Huh. After rechecking settings and doing it again (switching to Bluetooth Speaker), I got the same error. Seems to happen after telling me that it was reloading a palette. Weird...

Following the last know number in the report, I think it is not related with virtual adapter.
I can't reproduce the error yet, but to help in problem location, make a copy of your palette.ini and jp.ini files first, and can you try to reprduce the error with this exe, that you can place in the install dir to run it instead of jingle_palette.exe ?

120 times. And it's still going.

Also, I barely did anything. I just loaded that file and 120 errors. I installed the language file and that didn't work.
Also, I used an auto clicker... I clicked 1500 times, still no luck.

Hmmmmm, I think jp.ini and/or palette.ini is corrupted. Can you :
1) Close Jingle Palette
2) Join here a zip file including jp.ini and palette.ini
3) Try to delete jp.ini file and restart Jingle Palette

If still errors, rename the old jingle_palete.exe for jingle_paletle.old and rename the new I provided, for jingle_palette.exe .I'm not at home yet, I will check what is match with line 339 when go back to home.

what does it mean to "join a zip file?"
