Hi,
Welcome the Jingle Palette Reloaded forum.
This forum has been created to help Jingle Palette users.
Like any forum, members have to follow some rules :
- Be nice with others
- Some courtesy (like "Hello", "Thanks") is welcome, especially when openning a new thread.
- Prefer open a thread for help requests instead of using Private Messages
- Try to use the search function before open a new thread: the answer could already exists in another existing thread
- One thread per problem and per member
- Do not spam or flood, prefer using message preview to check how your message will appear when submited
- Do not open several threads for the same request
- Do not "up" a thread before 5 days
How to correctly create a new thread ?
Subject :
- Write a significative subject. For example : "Error when I change a jingle button color"
- Do not write in capital case : we are not deaf
- Do not use words like "Help me", "Urgent" etc , they does not give you priority, remember that software and its support is based on (my) free time
Message body :
- Do not write in capital case : we are not deaf
- In all case, write step by step how to reproduce the problem
- In case of Jingle Palette error, a report should be created and pasted in Windows clipboard, so you can paste the report in the message body
- If no report has been created, give the version of Jingle Palette you are using. You can find it in the Options tab > Settings > About. Give also the Widnows version where Jingle Palette is installed onto
Also, the "Help requests" area is designed only for trying to help users that encountering problems with actual features only, not for adding feature requests, so threads like "I need customizable shortcuts" , "How to control from MIDI controller" will be deleted.
