The New App Wont Load has been working fine today wont open only bug page

Hi,

Which version ? Can you paste here the error ? You would get in the errors.txt in the installation folder.

Subject: Jingle Palette – Critical bug report (5 Jan 2026)

Hi,

Last night I shut down a perfectly healthy install at 2 a.m. This morning at 6 a.m. the palette would not launch:

1. On start-up the loader dialog flashed up in a language I didn’t recognise.

2. Progress bar froze at ¼ – never moved.

3. Every attempt to reboot, reinstall (over new or old version) or restore from backup failed.

4. Only escape: Advanced ‘Remove All Data’ – nuked everything.

5. Re-installed the previous stable build – works fine now.

I splitted your message so sperate problems.

About startup problem you encountered, it will be hard to search it without any report error.

Perhaps a corrupted file (jp.ini ?), or other thing... I can't know for now :(
