the only error im experiencing is this error report window popping up every time i move a jingle (by control clicking a jingle and then selecting a spot) The jingles are moved just as they should, so im not sure what error the program thinks im experiencing

Can you send here your palette.ini file that you can find in the installation folder (usually in C:\Program Files(x86)\Jingle Palette)?
