Pre-Release v5.7.1 MIDI Out and more

Hi peoples,
Here is the second pre-release version of 5.7.
This version includes some new features and improvements since 5.7.0
You can donwload it in the Download tab.
Unlessa major bug, this version will be the final version of 5.7.

- Clicking on VU-meters to switch between peak (usual) and RMS measurement
- Customizable MIDI out messages (for third party software) by jingle
- Dropdown list to change internal mixers sample rate through 11025 to 96000 Hz
- Option to automatically hide the mouse pointer for most used controls, useful to not have cursor displayed on touchscreens
- Option to revert to original audio system mode (so one output only, no input, no internal mixers) for who experiment dropouts with mixers/splitters since v5.5.3
- Possibility to create fake jingles just to control other software with MIDI (customizable) output messages, without having to load any audio file to name the button
- Right click on a palette from palettes list allows the user to delete it by contextual menu
- Right click on any (excepted playback position in the Effects panel) fader cursor acts like double click (recalling the default value)
- VU-meters on outputs/inputs channels in the Audio devices configuration panel
Changed:
- Closing Audio devices configuration window returns now to Settings window
- Deleting a palette no longer flush loaded jingles of this palette, just removing from palettes list
- Manually stopping a jingle with reverb before its end no longer stops the reverb (if reverb duration is superior to fade-out duration). "Stop All" still directly stopping all sounds
- Most of message boxes are now centered on their calling window
Fixed:
- Changing Time announce signal has not effect in actual session (Jingle Palette ask to load a file when enabling Time announce, bug introduced in 5.7.0)
- Re-playing a stopped jingle that has reverb, was playing end of previous reverb at the beginning
- Reset settings now keep the actual palette selected
- Saving a palette could create a HotJingles palette (dispayed after restart) instead of saving correctly Hot Jingles
- Wrong label for Auto mix buttons in the Time announce tab, bug introduced in 5.7.0
- Wrong tabbing order on MIDI Control fields (for messages to send)
