Hi, I need you to upload here your palette.ini file(from your installation folder, usually C:\Program Files(x86)\Jingle Palette\ ).

I can get the error if the palette.ini file is not empty but not contains any section (no [ character, for example if file is corrupted/writtenon bad sector of hard drive).
Added a fix to not have the error anymore in this case (resulting to a empty list of palettes), for next (5.7) version.
