I changed the language, but I cannot find the error.

This error is related to dropdown list of Update channel choice in Support tab of Settings panel.
When you write "I changed language", did you added a (Deutsche) section in language.ini file? Or simple switched between English and French existiong languages?
If you has added a language section, please upload here your language.ini file, so I could have a look.

Yes I edited the language.ini, I added German phrases.

Okay, some fields are missing in your translation.

Use Language Editor in the Settings panel / Interface tab, load your language.ini file and look for filling missing fields, and generate a new language.ini file, that you'll copy to your installation folder.
