Hi,

Can't reproduce the error, can you check in your application folder (typically C:\Program Files (x86)\Jingle Palette) if you have the 2 following files :
- Update_JinglePaletteReloaded.exe
- Upgrader.exe

If yes, what happen if you launch (double click) Upgrader.exe ?
