for dropouts @48kHz ... I don't know why, because it should not. Did you restarted well JP after switching to 48000 ?
Can you try first, with increasing the process priority (Settings/ Audio tab) and is still dropout there, with the other Bass.dll file (at normal priority)?
Also, which VAC are you using?

Yes, I did restart after setting to 48.000.
Testing with Bass 2.4.17.0 and 2.4.17.47
Testing all with normal/above/high priority
No difference, still dropouts.
Priority is set back to normal after JP is restarted.
I am using VB-Audio virtual cable B, 8x 8-96kHz 24Bits on ASIO4ALL 2.15 @48.000 Buffer size 256.
Remember this setting did well work with JP 5.4.2 and below.

This dropout problem is ununderstandable

Especially because the last code is the same than when dropouts gone with internal mixers @48 kHz at the beginning of this month.
About Proc priority, I'll have a look.

I found some wrong code about Process priority, it should be fixed now.

Also, I added a "Single device" checkbox option in the Devices configuration. This option makes JP working like in 5.4.2 (so , before mixers/splitters implentation).
It is for the moment a degraded mode, I mean, only jingles buttons streams are sent to the main device. There is no VU-Meters, no level autoducking, no Mic input, no Time announce... It's just for testing about dropouts you get since 5.5.3.
Note that when this option is checked, the Devices configuration panel does not change (unused controls are not hidden, etc), this will be coded soon.
With this option, you would not have dropouts (because of returning to 5.4.2 audio functioning).

This version is working without any dropouts!
Unfortunately I need the time announce feature, missing VU wouldn't be so bad.
Have to stick to 5.4.2 for now.

Hi
Would jingles and Time announce enough for you?
Because Playing external source (from audio device) and microphone input, are causing me problems (makes JP crashing), I don't find why and time is missing me to dig more.
If OK for you, I will make a hidden feature (just a key to add in jp.ini) so you could use 5.7 with ≤5.4.2 audio system (1 output only - IE for your Virtual Cable, no input).

That would be great and the best solution for my problem

Hi
I finally implented this feature as selectable in Settings / Audio / Devices config.
Just check the Single device option and restart JP. This revert to ≤5.4.2 audio system.
In this system, there is no input (microphone and play external source from third party software through a Virtual Cable), like previously described.
