Unfortunately, Windows reports are often useless, there is not any module/form line where the error happened

Not sure what is happening.
There is midi select in the right click.
And midi does not work at all.

Any suggestions please?

In no MIDI controller selected (under "Enable" checkbox), there is no MIDI item in the right click menu.

There was, but I removed it as I kept crashing. With sone Adshell window

This error is related with missing "language_original.ini" file (deleted from installation directory).
