But my Windows is in Turkish and the English command works. I would think the same would be the case in all languages. Shouldn't both default(English) and localized commands just work?

The error in red is what was expected with the first code modification (where I was aksing you to replace Jingle_Palette.exe by the modified Jingle_Palette.exe) .

About sticky Jingle_Palette561test.exe, sorry, I made a small mistake, it was good in IDE but not as exe. I made another (re-download if), where jingle not appears in red (like 5.5.3) but when you click it to play, a value appears in a message box, it should be 0, with your jingle. And when click OK to close it, the jingle should not try to play (and not error report should appear).

About Windows version, honesty, I don't know, I have to dig , but it is not a critical problem Thanks for your help

It's another method for OS detection (for Error report).
