Moving audio to new cell produces no audio

Hello,

When I cut and paste a sound to a different cell, the sound no longer plays in it's new cell location. This is a new bug, previous version was OK doing this.

I just tried on 2 other machines, I can not reproduce
If you save palette's modifications, and reload (change and come back) on this palette, you should have the sound for moved jingle.
