MIDI and IP Address

Hi,
Just a quick question.
Is JP Midi related to the IP address of your machine?
I ask because If I unplug the router or chanmge the IP address, MIDI no longer works, and does not appear in the right click menu.
Once i re-assigin th eIP address to: 10.0.0.11 MIDI once again works.

This is a strange thing you have there
The network connection is only used for Check update and support forum notification (if account filed in the Settings/Support tab).
My machine has IP on 192.168.0.x segment, and MIDI runs as attempted.

Thanks for your reply.

I forgot from finally replaced the jp.ini file with an older copy.
All appears good now.
Unsure which setting could have caused the issue? ?
