Once both installed, opening order does not matter.
But You have to reinstall WinLive (one time) to repair its dependencies.
About the JP installer I gave you in private, it does not matter when you install it, because it no longer install/changes any dependencies, the software runs with its own files, in its own directory.

Perfect! I opened the WL first and then the JP and then vice versa and it works. Great!!!

You can use it if you want, I'm about applying some minor fixes before release v5.4 final .
In all cases, there are other good surprises planed at least for v5.5 et v5.6
