Separate midi settings for each palette would be a nice feature.

I'm adding a feature to customize MIDI out (for third party softare, though MIDILoop), it will not per palette, but per jingle.

By default, a jingle button will send the default MIDI message, but if you set custom messages (press and release), they will overide the default messages. This settings will be associated to the jingle itself.

I also plan to possibility to create a "fake" jingle, so, for example, instead of assiging an audio file to a button, you could just create a name (Like "OBS Scene 1"), and setting up customized MIDI message. The button will acts like an empty button (no playback color, either remaining time bar), but it will just have a label, without jingle duration displayed.

This solution seems to be the most practicable one to me, great feature.
Otherwise, still using 5.7.0 PR without any issues!!!
