Hi,

This error matches with a missing or wrong value for the WinWidth key in jp.ini
You can either try directly by deleting jp.ini file, the next startup will create a new one, with default values, or try to locate WinWidth key in jp.ini file and setting up for this value :
WinWidth=12000
and restart JP.
